Morrison Community Care Group has been developing and operating boutique care facilities across the UK and Ireland for 30 years and is proposing to deliver a new, high quality care home, alongside communal facilities and high quality landscaped grounds at Leamington and County Golf Club.
Morrison Community Care Group are working to tackle the shortage of care beds in the UK, with particular demand in this area, by building purpose built homes.
More importantly, enabling development of the care home will secure the future of the golf club and protection of local green space.
