- Inclusion – members of the public will be able to use some facilities at the Care Home to help residents feel part of their local community. In addition, the golf academy will be open to the public to use.

- Links with local groups to offer use of the facilities and at times this can in return involve them providing a service to the Care Home such as entertainment or activities.

- Work with local schools and nurseries; providing placements for senior schools and activities with nurseries when they visit such as arts & crafts and music sessions.
- Links with Universities to provide student placements for nurses and occupational therapy students which often leads to employment for students to run alongside their studies.
